Our Capabilities
Equipment Production Market Research
We can provide market research from existing equipment manufacturers and evaluate the products market. We listen to the end user's needs and expectations to determine the best design. Safety is of our utmost concern when designing the material handling equipment required. Additionally, the environment in which the equipment is to be placed must be considered. All of these factors are used to evaluate the final product pricing.
Design Proposals
We can provide a Process Flow Diagram to determine how the equipment will interact within the environment and provide the required function with inputs and outputs. We will prepare Process and Instrumentation Diagrams to show the equipment will function and be operated by the end users. A Bill of Material including specifications, pricing, and delivery dates will be produced to list all internal components. Vendors will be chosen based on their capabilities and a Time-Line created for fabrication.
Purchasing
We will qualify fabricators based on skills, certification, and performance. We can purchase individual components, such as instruments using the client's internal purchasing system, or by working with client's Purchasing Agent to provide the required information for their own Purchasing Department. Once production is approved we can determine the required inventory levels for fabrication, start-up, and maintenance. We can determine the fabrication labor requirements to insure orders are met.
Drawing and PROGRAMMING
We can arrange for professional mechanical and electrical Fabrication Detail Drawings and General Arrangement Drawings to be produced in either 2-D, 3-D, or both. We can arrange for PLC Programming and the supply of a detailed process logic description.
FABRICATION and Start-Up
We can determine the fabrication labor requirements. We can oversee and arrange for fabrication of the final product to the required standards; ASME, AWS, UL, CSA, etc.. We can arrange for the testing and start-up of the final equipment along with a data log of results. Operation / Start-up Manuals will be written to accompany the final product. Once the unit is in operation we can provide a Preventative Maintenance Schedule.
